Spring 2019

St Mary’s is a beautiful church built in the 14th Century and Plummer Electrical Ltd were asked to upgrade the electrical installation as part of the refurbishment undertaken by ATM Builders Stalham.

In addition to general electrical improvements we installed a heater, hand dryers, water heaters, a disabled alarm call system, PIR controlled fan, emergency lighting.

We frequently provided electrical services to ATM Builders and we appreciate having the opportunity to be involved in the refurbishment of the church.

Summer 2018

Seaton Barn is a complete renovation of a derelict barn located near the north Norfolk coast. We worked with our parent company ADM Plumbing & Heating to carry out a full overhaul of the property. This included;

• • First fix of all electrical infrastructure
  • Second fix of all electrical appliances
  • Installation of underfloor heating controls

The whole property has been finished to a very high specification, which required fluid coordination with multiple contractors. There were some tricky technical challenges our engineers’ had to overcome, particularly the large drop lights in the main living area (pictured). These fall from the very top of the barn and through the middle of the first floor, it’s a really unusual design and we love it!

This project was in concert with one of our preferred building contractors, ATM Builders in Stalham.

ADM plumbing and Plummer Electrical were recommended to us by our principal builder at the outset of our Barn Conversion. Throughout the whole project, they have been diligent, professional and thorough whilst being friendly and helpful too. Their work was of the highest standard, leaving a very neat and professional finish, and they were able to work seamlessly with other firms involved in the project. They were willing to provide support and advice upon asking. Punctuality was never an issue. We would have no hesitation in recommending both of these companies for plumbing or electrical work.
